Fleet Compliance Coordinator

We are seeking a Fleet Compliance Coordinator to ensure that NEP meets or exceeds all compliance standards for the safety of its Mobile Units and the personnel who operate them. This person should have a variety of skills related to the maintenance and coordination of vehicles and trucks. Effective communication skills (written and verbal) are a must. On occasion will be called upon to drive our vehicles for events. In this role you will be involved in some of the biggest Media/Broadcasting/Sporting Events in the world.This is a Full-Time position based on-site at our Pittsburgh location. This position requires full commitment, and the person will be on call 24/7. We strongly desire this person to live locally, however will consider a candidate willing to commute often to work hybrid.Key duties include:Assist with management of our compliance with DOT and FMCSA standard.Develop and coach staff.Manage Fleet's electronic log system, track violations / activities and prepare statistical reports.Oversee driver incident reports, file claims, and follow up with Fleet MaintenanceCoordinate repairsMentor driversRequirements:Minimum 5 years of related skills in fleet operationsClass A CDL required.Current knowledge of State and Federal transportation laws and regulationsExcellent PC skills including Excel, Power Point, and WordMust possess a current FMCSA physical exam card.High School Diploma required.
