Warranty Administrator - 14604Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ Schedule: Hybrid, Monday - Thursday in office, Friday WFHLength of Contract: 12+ MonthsTop Skills:Bi-lingual highly preferred (English/Korean)Excellent written and verbal communicationStrong attention to detailAbility to handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptionsKnowledge of basic accounting processes and proceduresAdvanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)SAP experience preferredSummary:The main function of the warranty admin is to ensure our Service Partners are paid on time and accurately and take care of all internal and external escalations.Responsibilities and Duties:Daily communication with outsourced team in Rivervale, NJ to assist and resolve daily issues and escalationsPerform warranty closing (once a month) ensuring payment goes out to our Service PartnersAssisting in auditing of warranty claims before closingResponsible to manage all master data related registration/changes in our systemResponsible to manage all Q&A's from our Service PartnersHandle all internal/external escalations from Service Partners and Field OpsCreate W_VOC to escalate error cases to HQAssist in preparing materials in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Power Point to be presented within and outside of warranty teamPrepare Ad Hoc reports related to warranty trends, cost, etc.Background/Experience Required:Bachelor's degree required1+ year work experience (accounting background a plus)SAP experience preferredAdvanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Good communication skillsBi-lingual preferred (English/Korean)
