Location: New York, NY Reports to: Operations DirectorWork Model: In-person Flex (4 days in-office, Fridays remote) Salary: The minimum salary for this position is $85,000 and maximum is $110,000. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of this range. The final offer is determined by a candidate's relevant experience. Benefits: Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance, 401k, PTO, sick days, ancillary benefits, Summer Fridays, and brand discountsJob DescriptionAs the Logistics Manager for PatBO's international operation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency of the brand's distribution processes in the United States. Based in New York, you will oversee the operations of the U.S. distribution center, freight forwarding, manage wholesale orders process, control logistics budgets, and handle import/export operations.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations ManagementDevelop and maintain relationships with the third-party logistics (3PL) team.Align daily operational priorities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.Oversee the returns process and establish follow-up procedures.Monitor and ensure SLA compliance for receiving and shipping processes.Wholesale Orders ProcessCoordinate with the sales team to ensure all orders will be shipped correctly and on time.Develop reports to track order status, shipping progress, and KPIs for management review.Address customer inquiries regarding shipments, tracking and other requests.Input and manage orders in the system, ensuring accuracy Transportation Costs ManagementManage freight contracts and negotiate with transportation providers.Evaluate cost performance and delivery lead times for each partner.Collaborate with channels to optimize product delivery schedules (frequency and timing).Import and Export OperationsManage product shipments from factories in Brazil, China, and India to the U.S.Coordinate shipment processes with freight forwarders.Monitor transportation and customs costs.Organize samples shipment from factories to showrooms in US and EuropeCore CompetenciesTo excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on process documentation and formalization.A hands-on approach, willing to engage in day-to-day operations to ensure results.Clear communication skills tailored to various audience profiles.A focus on building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.A commitment to process improvement and optimization.A problem-solving mindset that sees challenges as opportunities for growth.QualificationsTo be considered for the US Logistics Manager position in PatBO's international operation, candidates must have:Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, International Trade, or related fields.Operational/Supply Chain Background: At least 5 years of experience in supply chain roles (logistics, demand/production planning, or exportation). Experience in a multinational or global fashion brand is a significant advantage. This would be a great opportunity for someone looking to move into a managerial logistics role or who have 1-2 years in management. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Portuguese is preferred to facilitate seamless communication with U.S. and Brazil-based teams and partners. However, candidates without Portuguese proficiency will also be considered based on their qualifications and ability to meet the role's requirements.Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, NuOrder, Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.Location Requirement: Candidates must be based in New York or willing to relocate to New York to fulfill the requirements of this role.Preferred Experience: While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with professional experience in Brazilian markets or a background that supports a strong understanding of Brazilian supply chains and logistics, as this aligns with the demands of our operations and partnership.
