Paladin is now LHH Recruitment Solutions! We are partnering with our Sammamish, WA landscape design client to recruit a Sales Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be helping create a new role for the department to drive efficiency, client satisfaction and ROI for leads generated for the organization, working with homeowners to make their luxury landscape goals reality. Most of your time will be spent tracking and following up on leads in an expeditious manner. Your key responsibility is to answer inquiries from multiple channels faster than other similar service providers. You will be the initial point of contact to get in touch with those customers, build rapport, and determine viability. For viable leads, you will match designers and project managers based on skillset and availability, and will set appointments for initial consultations. While this part of the job will be your main focus, you will also track lead channels to determine ROI and opportunity, work with contacts from lead sources to ensure consistency, and experiment with new channels like paid ads, etc. To be a fit, you should bring 2+ years of sales support or administrative experience with some experience working with sales teams. Comfort in a phone-based environment is a must, with excellent attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and CRM tools. This is a perfect time to join this growing team! You will be reporting to the General Manager who is excited to help build this function for the organization. This is a hybrid role with some flexibility, but the expectation is for a few days in the office in Sammamish weekly. This is a permanent role paid hourly, with pay ranging from $29 to $36 an hour based on relevant experience. You will:Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers, tracking leads and calling interested customers quickly to follow up on expressed interest; Be available for occasional evening and off-hours customer communication Maintain knowledge of project management and design staff schedules and expertise, setting appointments that align available staff with relevant customers to scope new projectsLeverage Excel and CRM tools to track customer and job information, as well as developing and managing a system to track leads, lead sources, ROI and lead budgetsServe as the point of contact for lead vendors and third-party sites, ensuring lead quality, communicating issues and identifying opportunities to improve lead flow and qualitySupport other sales department needs, as necessary Your profile should include:2+ years of direct or indirect sales support experience, which may including account coordination, administrative work with sales teams, business development or customer service experienceComfort working with consumer customers in a phone-based environment (this is NOT a cold calling sales role, but will be following up on leads)Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to pivot priorities quickly to connect with prospective customersStrong MS Excel skills and experience with CRM platformsExperience tracking leads or similar customer data for ROI, preferredSound like you?
