Part-Time Marketing Specialist

Exciting permanent opportunity for a marketing professional looking to work 25-30 hours per week in a dynamic, collaborative team environment. This onsite role is located in the heart of Downtown Greenville and offers great perks, including a contributing retirement plan, paid vacation, and holidays.Description:Oversee and create content for various platforms, including website updates, newsletters, email campaigns, blogs, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).Develop and manage marketing materials, such as digital graphics, banners, brochures, and presentations for webinars, conferences, and speaking engagements.Conduct thorough research to create engaging and informative content, including announcements, webinar topics, and eBlasts for outreach and success services.Develop and manage a monthly social media calendar, including campaigns and graphics for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.Engage with followers by responding to comments, messaging, and participating in relevant Facebook groups and industry stakeholder pages.Coordinate and manage monthly webinars.Generate attendance reports and upload webinar recordings to YouTube channel.Collaborate with the speaking team to design presentations for webinars, external engagements, and company-hosted events.Qualifications:Proficient in graphic design tools including Canva, Illustrator, and InDesign to create visually compelling content.Skilled in social media content creation, planning, and scheduling across multiple platforms.Experienced with HubSpot for marketing automation, CRM management, and lead nurturing.Expertise in B2B marketing strategies and tactics to drive business growth.Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content for various channels.Bachelor's degree, providing a solid foundation in marketing principles and practices.Benefits & Compensation:$30-33/hourRetirement planPaid vacation & holiday time
