Position OverviewUltimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated Commercial Escrow Officer or Escrow Assistant to join a prestigious Fortune 500 Title Company in San Jose, California. It offers a fantastic opportunity to grow a career in the escrow and title industry.ResponsibilitiesAssisting in opening and processing escrow orders.Ordering demands and ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.Sending escrow opening packages to clients.Managing client files, property records, and inquiries.Scanning, organizing, and maintaining documents.Answering phones, addressing client questions, and ensuring a smooth transaction process.Acting as a liaison between customers, agents, and other parties involved in transactions.Preparing detailed reports and spreadsheets for sales and property inventory.Signing checks, sending wires, and coordinating financial disbursements (Escrow Officer responsibility).QualificationsAbility to comprehend and execute instructions with strong written correspondence skills, including proper punctuation, spelling, and grammar.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.Superior customer service skills with a client-focused mindset.Ability to learn quickly and take direction effectively.Proficiency in computer literacy, data entry, basic math, and phone skills.Previous escrow experience is highly desired; knowledge of escrow procedures is a plus.Required Work HoursMonday to FridayBenefitsWhether an experienced Escrow Officer ready to lead transactions or an Escrow Assistant eager to support a team, this position offers growth and development opportunities within a leading organization.Additional DetailsSalary Range: $25 - $50 per hourAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
