Recruitment Manager - Business TransformationFinancial ConsultancyBoston, MA (or remote) up to $120,000 + generous bonus (likely to equal $80,000 in year one) I am looking to find a world-class Recruitment Manager, Business Transformation for a Challenger Financial Consultancy in the US. Currently sat at over 1,000 heads - they are looking for another hands on recruiter to come onboard to scale the business.With a HQ in Boston, and offices across the US, UK and Singapore; they take an opportunistic growth model, following their clients and market demands to scale and build into untapped markets. This role will be hiring into the Business Transformation team, who have the largest area of growth predicted for 2025.The role: Delivery lead - hiring 75+ roles for the business this year. With roles across Business Transformation (Financial Planning Manager to Director, Data & Analytics Manager to Director, Tech Manager to Director, Transaction Support and Transformation Partner etc) Strategy lead - working on employer branding, networking, employee value proposition, Driving DEI practices across the business - ensuring this is top priority.Both headhunting, networking and managing agency relationships.Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the UK, US and Singapore - to give the best advice and guidance to the leadership team and relevant stakeholders.Building and maintaining pipeline with candidates within the big four and other consultancies.Requirements: Agency recruitment experience.Inhouse recruitment experience, within a management consultancy. Experience recruiting Business Transformation within an inhouse setting. Ideally headhunting from big-4. Experience hiring within the UK (Singapore, also would be a plus!)Self-starter, with the team working fully remote and highly autonomously - this is a huge factor. What's in it for you?
