Our firm provides dynamic and innovative legal solutions, and we are seeking a dedicated Employment Law Attorney to join our expanding team.Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced and motivated Employment Law Attorney to handle a variety of cases related to discrimination, wage and hour disputes, harassment, wrongful termination, and other employment-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both state and federal employment laws and will be responsible for managing all aspects of litigation from discovery to trial preparation.Manage and oversee a diverse caseload of employment law matters, including discrimination (harassment, age, race, gender), wage and hour disputes, and wrongful termination.Represent clients in both individual and class action cases, including PAGA claims.Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions, trial preparation, and oral arguments.Develop case strategies, identify key legal issues, and work toward favorable resolutions, either through settlement or trial.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.Maintain strong client communication, ensuring clients are informed of case progress and developments.Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to build and strengthen case strategies.Benefits:BonusesHybrid schedule (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from home)10-20 days of PTO 15 paid holidays401(k) matchHealth, dental and visionBirthday events, holiday events, and morePrestige Legal Solutions P.C. is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
