Senior Procurement Analyst

Job Details:Title: Sr. Procurement AnalystLocation: Beaverton, OR Duration: 24 Months Job Description:This person will be doing research and analysis to create a landscape of vendors that meet a specific need for the organization. This process will consist of managing a RFP (Request for Proposal) and RFQ (Request for Quote) process, collecting and assessing the results, and being able to provide comprehensive comparisons of both qualitative and quantitative aspects. This work will also involve engaging with internal stakeholders to identify and recommend best-fit vendors to meet certain needs. This person will also serve as point-of-contact to support a key product engine for the team.Responsibilities:Proactively works with Factory, Developers, Category Team, and Costing Team to review and interpret factory cost breakdown and its impact on the total weighted margin. Provides and performs scenario analysis regarding Materials, component, technology, productivity, Gross Price Margin, and foreign exchange changes to help the team achieve target gross price margin per season according to the seasonal critical dates. Review historical information and models to prepare and present information to the category team and Costing counterpart to help establish FOB and factory negotiation. Effectively communicates pertinent costing model information to the category and costing organization.
