Human Resources Manager

Your Role:Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Manager for the late shift (12pm-9pm) will oversee key HR functions for night shift personnel while supporting the day shift as needed. This position requires leadership in areas like employee relations, workforce planning, compliance, and training initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Manage HR functions for night shift personnel and support day shift as needed.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.Provide guidance to supervisors on employee management, performance, and corrective actions.Lead workforce planning, onboarding, offboarding, and retention initiatives.Support recruiting, payroll, benefits, and training efforts.Attend job fairs and prepare reports.Act as back-up for the HR Director and handle special projects as assigned.Be available on weekends for urgent matters.Your Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of HR management experience.SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.Advanced proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.Experience with HRMS, ATS, and Spanish language skills are a plus.Why Join Us?This is an opportunity to be part of a team driving meaningful change in renewable energy.
