Associate Attorney

TrustPoint.One has partnered with a boutique litigation law firm in their search for an Associate Attorney with an interest in Child Advocacy. The Litigation Attorney will support the firm's Child Advocacy Litigation group in West Chester, PA. The Litigation Attorney role is an ideal role for someone who is seeking the opportunity to make a positive difference in children's lives and to give back to the local community.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Attending schedule court appearancesManaging assigned caseloadAnalyzing facts considering relevant legal considerationPreparing litigation strategiesCoordinating with court administration, clients, witnesses, experts, and othersInteracting with case workers from the children and youth agencyPerforms other related duties as assignedQualifications:Qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate a high levels of organization, efficiency, and professionalism while working alongside a teamActive Bar License in PA1-3 years of experience in litigationChild Advocacy Clinic Experience (Preferred)This is a great opportunity for newly barred attorneys who are excited to have the opportunity to obtain learn about and experience courtroom work while making being a genuine advocate for children.
