Staff Attorney

Title: Staff AttorneyLocation: San Jose, CAType: Perm Role Pay Range: 100k-150K - Annually The Staff Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research and drafting motions, as well as attending immigration hearings and immigration office interviews.Qualifications:Legal Advice, Research, and Negotiation skillsSpanish FluencyExperience in immigration law and labor and employment lawStrong understanding of legal procedures and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well in a fast-paced environmentJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolMembership in the state barTwo years of experience practicing immigration law preferred but not requiredPay Range: 100K -150K AnnuallyThe specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
