This role involves working closely with our company clients to identify and engage with highly qualified, off-market candidates for strategic positions. The ideal individual will have exceptional research abilities, strong influence and qualifying skills, and a natural comfort with phone-based communication.Key Responsibilities:Partner with company clients to understand their unique hiring needs and organizational goals.Conduct extensive research to identify off-market candidates who align with client requirements.Engage with candidates through phone outreach to establish connections, assess qualifications, and build rapport.Qualify candidates for positions by evaluating their skills, experience, and cultural fit.Present top-tier individuals to clients, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in our systems.Deliver an unparalleled experience for both clients and candidates, representing the Bridgeway Partners brand with professionalism and integrity.Qualifications:Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to uncover hidden talent.Excellent verbal communication and persuasion abilities; comfortable conducting phone outreach.Keen attention to detail and ability to assess candidates effectively.Self-motivated and driven, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.Previous recruiting or headhunting experience is preferred but not required.Why Join Bridgeway Partners?If you're looking for a role where your efforts have a direct impact and you enjoy the challenge of finding top-tier talent in unexpected places, this position is for you.
