With a proven track record and deep industry expertise, they deliver exceptional results through strategic investments and active collaboration with portfolio companies.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Associate, you will support all aspects of the investment process, including:Investment AnalysisConduct comprehensive financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence to evaluate potential investments.Industry ResearchAssess market trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities across healthcare sectors.Deal ExecutionAssist in structuring, negotiating, and closing transactions.Portfolio SupportCollaborate with portfolio companies to monitor performance and identify value-creation opportunities.Team CollaborationPartner with senior team members to contribute to strategic decision-making and overall success.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will bring a combination of strong analytical skills and a passion for healthcare:EducationBachelor's degree in finance, economics, healthcare, or related fields; advanced degrees (MBA, MSc) are a plus.Experience2-6 years in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or a related field.
