Project Manager

Infosys is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our managed services operations for a large US Healthcare payor client. This role will serve as the key leader responsible for managing all aspects of IT production support, including Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, tools and methodologies, particularly within Healthcare Payor environment.Required Qualifications:Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Owings Mills, MD or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of educationAt least 10 years of Information Technology experience.5-7 years of experience in IT Project management and ITSM, preferably within a healthcare payor or healthcare IT environment.Deep understanding of AMS- application maintenance services and of ITIL/ITSM frameworks, with practical experience in Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management.Proficiency in ITSM tools (ServiceNow) for ticketing, workflow automation, performance tracking and reportingAwareness of tools including Dynatrace, Splunk, Azure monitoring etc.Strong grasp of Healthcare Payor operations and compliance requirements (HIPAA, HITRUST).All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply.
