Director of Operations

Job Summary/CompanySparks Group has partnered with an Assisted Living Care organization seeking a Director of Operations to lead one of their new facilities.You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a newly opened Assisted Living facility, ensuring resident well-being and operational excellence while adhering to all regulations.This is a 24/7 operation so after hours attention may be required for emergencies.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and resident care.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.Provide training and oversight to ensure proper procedures and care are followed.Ensure compliance with all regulations (e.g., Comar).Manage all documentation and paperwork including certifications, state/county compliance, etc.Collaborate with Owners/Directors on strategic planning and operational improvements.Resolve operational, financial, marketing, and HR challenges.Qualifications:5+ years in Assisted Living, with 2+ years in management.High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices.
