Hiring- IT Helpdesk analyst I- West Chester, OH - OnsiteJob Title : IT Config Analyst I Location : West Chester, OH - Onsite Contract; likely to extend into 2025 Teams interviewsM-F: 9:30am - 6pm ESTRelease Comments: Hi Suppliers - the daily hours / OH Work Shift is 9:30am EST - 6:00pm EST. This role is 1 step above a Desktop Support Analyst.The new hire will be responsible for repairing, refurbishing hardware and updating software on devices to be re-deployed/shipped out back into the field. Testing of devices and equipment coming back into the warehouse before being shipped back out again.There will be a component of partnership w Facilities to pack/ship assets out as well. The config analyst will log all equipment and save the repair notes/upgrades done into a database. The ticket will need to be done cleanly on the data entry and w a speed/cadence equal to their peers on the floor. We need a hard worker and someone who will work independently the full scope of hours and OT involved. Analyzes changes of product design to determine the effect on the end product design and function and determines and prepares documentation necessary for change.Coordinates with customers and manufacturers to determine a process for change reporting.Reviews released engineering change data and changes documenting activities to ensure adherence to configuration management procedures and policies.Typically requires at least a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor
