Proposal Manager

The Proposal Manager is responsible for leading the development, coordination, and delivery of high-quality proposals that align with strategic business objectives. This role involves managing all aspects of the proposal process, from planning and writing to editing and final submission, while ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.Key Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end proposal development, including planning, research, writing, editing, and quality control.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, legal, estimating, and technical) to produce tailored, competitive proposals.Develop win strategies, themes, and value propositions to address client needs effectively.Manage proposal schedules and resources, ensuring deadlines are met with high-quality deliverables.Lead proposal meetings, team coordination, and compliance reviews.Maintain and enhance a database of proposal content and templates to streamline processes.Provide oversight of branding, aesthetics, and written content, ensuring a professional and cohesive presentation.Support client interviews, presentations, and other award-related initiatives.The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience with Design Build or Best Value proposals, and the ability to guide teams through complex, deadline-driven projects.
