Job Summary:The Education Center Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of continuing education (CE) operations at the Zest Global Education Center and related CE activities. They collaborate cross-functionally to strategize on the goals of the Global Education Center and take part in planning and executing educational activities from conception to completion including, but not limited to, recruiting speakers, coordinating with education content, logistics of existing course and corporate planned events, and lead generation for additional courses and course concepts. They are in responsible for facilitating the set-up, coordinating logistics, and removing of all CE event items after it is completed and is the lead person in the logistics and monitoring of all corporate and CE events at the Global Education Center. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:Directly supervise and oversee the Zest Global Education Center including:Direct management of facilities, coordinating with building coordinators, landlord/owner & managers.Oversee and manage new and ongoing commercial renovation / build-out projects related to the Global Education Center.Coordinate and manage budgets related to the Global Education Center.Manage new and existing daily responsibilities including: coordinating fulfillment of bills and services related to the Global Education Center, coordinating HVAC and janitorial services, and ensuring the Center is in full functioning order at all times.Establish, maintain, and foster relationships with local, regional, and national partners including UNLV, DSO, and commercial partners of Zest and related.Establish, maintain, and foster relationships with co-tenants within the building to foster a community-like spirit. Ensure compliance with local, regional, and national authorities and regulations.Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the Global Education Center.Ensure ongoing excellence in educational training courses at the Zest Global Education Center:Oversee and ensure high-quality educational course experiences for attendees.Coordinate pre-event consultation and planning, event flow, promotion and communication, printing and shipping, budget management, related travel arrangements, staffing, follow-up and reporting, etc.Coordinate local and regional support to attendees including communication of travel plans, recommending local hotel & logistics, and advising of social activities.Manage CE calendars, project timelines, and budget to maintain fiscal discipline.Work closely with the Director of Education & Clinical Affairs, Tradeshow Events & CE Manager, and CE & Events Specialist as lead on corporate and CE calendar events related to the Global Education Center.Serve as a local, regional, and global brand ambassador for Zest Dental Solutions Educational Initiatives.Working with marketing, sales, professional relations, and product teams to plan and execute staffing, and customer/partner meetings.Presenting, speaking, and engaging with prospective customers and partners at industry events giving them a full understanding of the company' s solution and business.Defining and measuring the success and ROI of each event based on visibility, brand awareness, and lead generation.Collaborating with sales and partners to ensure event strategy is aligned with marketing and sales objectives.Collaborating with marketing on the creation of signage and messaging for corporate, CE events, and industry events.Staffing events globally to ensure flawless execution in conjunction with the local Sales leaders.Lead, direct, and motivate cross-functional team members and vendors to execute participation in each event.Willing to work a flexible and/or regularly modified schedule that may include some weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) and evenings to support education courses and tradeshow events. Work schedule days during the week shall be modified to adjust for a reasonable full-time work schedule. As part of the Education & Clinical Affairs team, assist with product launches and other promotional activities in conjunction with the tradeshow, events, and CE program.Education, Experience, Skills, & Abilities:Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience.Minimum of five (5) years experience in complex national tradeshow and event coordination.Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and must be a team player.Must show demonstrated success managing non-reporting cross-functional teams.Must be able to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving and decision-making.Ability to analyze the entire planning process and execute preventative measures to ensure requirements are achieved.Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.Must be able to prioritize and handle a variety of projects simultaneously.Must be able to travel a minimum of 10% a year, for a week or more at a time. This role works often with other countries where English may not be the main language of communication. Working relationships with our global counterparts must be established and maintained.Physical Requirements:Ability to sit, use hands and fingers, talk or hear. Ability to stand, walk and reach frequently. Ability to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally.Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 10 lbs. and occasionally lift and carry up to 40 lbs.Close vision is required to read documents and operate machines. Distance vision is required to drive an automobile, if driving is a requirement of the job.Work environment is indoors and climate-controlled. Occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions.Moderate noise levels as found in a light industrial environment, office environment, households with TVs and dishwashers, and driving light traffic.
