Key Responsibilities:Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance in partnership with internal teams and third-party providers.Support compliance efforts, including audits, regulatory reporting, and benefits oversight.Assist with recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and employee file management.Oversee logistics, communications, and materials for the summer internship program.Generate reports for data analysis and support various HR projects related to benefits, training, and employee engagement.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree required.Experience: 2-4 years in HR operations, including payroll processing and benefits administration.Technical Skills: Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred.Soft Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.Professionalism: Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and a high level of in-person responsiveness.ID: 42922
