Transactional Associate Attorney

I have the pleasure of assisting a New Jersey law firm with it's search for a Transactional Associate Attorney to join it's growing group! A ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of transactional experience to include drafting/negotiating contracts and agreements involving real estate transactions, corporate M&A, corporate bankruptcy, real estate transactions, L&E, etc. The firm requires New Jersey bar admission, with New York admission being a plus!
