Associate Designer - Boys Apparel

Our client, a leading Children's Apparel Group, is seeking a creative Associate Designer to support their boy's team! This role requires being onsite 4-5 days per week.What you'll do:Assist with the design process from color and concept through product executionShop the market to identify current trendsCreate CADsResearch trendsDevelop BOMsSample CoordinationMake recommendations on color, fabric, and fitOrganize mood boards and create presentation for seasonal linesDevelop clear and concise hand sketches and tech packs for production teamsAttend sample fittings and note all Designer feedbackMaintain line sheets, product archives, and production timelines, and follow up with teams as needed to stay on scheduleWhat you'll need:2-3+ years of related work experienceProficiency in Adobe Illustrator and MS OfficeBachelor's degree requiredStrong communication and presentation skillsExceptional time management skillsPlease submit your resume for immediate consideration.We suggest that you ensure you have updated your LinkedIn profile and that you start collecting your references early.
