We provide enterprise performance management solutions that help our customers optimize their operations and achieve operational excellence.THE POSITIONThe Facilities Maintenance Manager will direct and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance, Tool Room and Facilities teams in order to safely maintain property, plant and equipment in a timely manner at the highest practical yet most cost-effective level. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop vision for and leads a team of multi-discipline technicians that provide technical, troubleshooting and maintenance support for all machinery, mechanical equipment, electrical, controls, instrumentation as well as general facility maintenance within NWIL. Work with team members to develop the most cost-effective repair strategies and manage maintenance spending responsibilities to achieve factory maintenance budget.Complete planning and budgeting for maintenance activities including extraordinary maintenance as well as annual budget for labor, repair materials, outside contractors and CAPEX spend.Ensures that preventative maintenance routines are executed on facilities and manufacturing equipment to maximize equipment performance and longevityOversees facilities expansion/improvement/building, equipment maintenance, and equipment installationsProvides leadership guidance and supervision to department employees.Reviews performance and directs work accordingly. Provides training and mentoring opportunities for employeesSupports the Operations Managers in achieving key outcomes in safety, reliability, efficiency, and cost.Establish and maintain a culture of safety & continuous improvement.Work closely with site HSE to ensure that all modifications to existing assets strictly follow Honeywell's policies and proceduresManagement of Change Process (MOC), comply with internal and external regulatory codes, standards, and best practices; work is in compliance with all safety, health, environmental and quality standards within the site.Leading the troubleshooting and repair process of any critical failed equipment, plant/ equipment outage decision-making, repair plan, and root cause analysis.Ensuring that critical spare parts for all sites within NWIL are identified in e-Maint, stocked in appropriate location with accurate inventory data, are in a condition for immediate use and are replenished in a timely manner once consumed.U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTSDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.Compensation & Benefits:Incentive EligibleSalary Range: $103,000 - $130,000For benefits information please visit employees may visit HR Direct. YOU MUST HAVEBachelor's degree in business, technical or related field7+ years of experienceSolid background in project and maintenance managementDemonstrated decision-making ability to take independent action with the ability to provide technical guidance, project management, consultative services, and innovative solutions on highly complex Maintenance Management activitiesWE VALUEWorking knowledge of maintenance planning methods and manufacturing and quality operations is preferredSome assignments require specific Honeywell Operating System and/or Lean knowledge or certificationKnowledge of production management, manufacturing operations, and/or quality inspection or test fields or related activitiesUnderstanding of team building and group dynamics including conflict resolution and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead and motivate in a diverse work environmentDemonstrated reading, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills necessary to train, organize, and facilitate teamsStrong organizational skillsExcellent written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
