We are seeking an energetic, organized, and highly motivated Senior Director of Portfolio Strategy & Innovation to lead transformative strategies that maximize value and drive innovation through new initiatives and collaborative approaches. If you thrive in dynamic settings, excel at building relationships, and have a passion for driving industry transformation, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Lead the process to define and maintain a clear long-term vision for the portfolio, informed by inputs from Member Company leadership, organizational leadership, and the external environmentMaintain a 3-5-year roadmap for the portfolio to guide planning and decision-makingIdentify gaps and opportunities in the portfolio based on strategic goalsPlan, oversee and/or lead ideation sessions with Member Companies, internal portfolio team and/or external stakeholdersDevelop and implement frameworks to measure and communicate the portfolio's value and impactEstablish and track key performance indicators for portfolio initiatives to measure progress and inform decision-makingAnalyze data on value capture and turn insights into actional strategiesWork with Leadership and Member Company Leadership to communicate portfolio outcomes and successes through reports, presentations, and regular updates to stakeholdersRepresent the organization at industry conferences, panels, and events to share insights as neededBuild and maintain strong relationships with Member Company Leaders, Cross functional teams and external partners to ensure alignment with portfolio goals and prioritiesStay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies by attending events, reading publications, and networkingRequirements:Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related fieldAdvanced degree (MS, MBA, PhD) preferredMinimum 10 years of experience in strategic program management within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or clinical research industry, with a focus on innovation and value captureProven track record managing large, complex portfolios and delivering measurable impactStrong knowledge of clinical development and regulatory processesNote: Qualified candidates will be contacted within 2 business days of application.
