This role requires a deep understanding of growth marketing principles, extensive experience with AI-driven tools and methodologies, and a proven track record of success in scaling businesses. Knowledge of or experience in the life sciences sector is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities:Growth Strategy Development:Design and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across digital channels, product offerings, and customer segments.Social Media and Content Creation:Develop and manage a robust content strategy across social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.Create and oversee high-quality, targeted content such as blog posts, videos, infographics, and customer stories to attract and retain customers.Leverage social listening tools to monitor trends, audience sentiment, and competitive activity.Execute innovative campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, driving customer interaction and lead generation.AI-Driven Marketing:Leverage AI tools and platforms to optimize campaign performance, personalize customer experiences, and enhance decision-making.Implement predictive analytics and machine learning models to forecast trends, identify opportunities, and improve ROI.Campaign Management:Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes.Data Analysis and Insights:Conduct comprehensive data analysis to understand customer behavior, market trends, and campaign effectiveness.Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings and inform strategic decisions.Collaboration and Leadership:Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and R&D, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Life Sciences Expertise:Leverage knowledge of the life sciences sector to craft targeted messaging and campaigns that resonate with scientific audiences.Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure relevance and compliance.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.Experience:3+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on digital channels and AI integration.Proven track record of success in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.Experience in the life sciences, biotechnology, or laboratory supplies industry is highly desirable.Technical Skills:Proficiency with AI-driven marketing tools and platforms (e.g., chatbots, recommendation engines, predictive analytics).Expertise in social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).Strong knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).Soft Skills:Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in social media engagement and storytelling.Strong leadership and team collaboration and building capabilities.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Growth in social media engagement metrics (e.g., followers, likes, shares, and comments).Increased traffic and lead generation from social media and content campaigns.Customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV).Campaign ROI and revenue growth.Conversion rates across key digital channels.Retention and churn metrics.Adoption and effectiveness of AI-driven initiatives.Filtrous is an equal opportunity employer.
