Our core business is focused on delivering automation products and services to Department of Defense/US Navy and commercial shipboard applications.We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Specialist to optimize and execute a well-rounded marketing plan to drive lead generation, revenue growth, and customer awareness of our products and services. The ideal candidate will be capable of executing on a wide variety of disciplines, including digital marketing, website optimization, graphic design, and written content creation. Certainly, experience marketing electronic products in an industrial or military business-to-business marketplace is a plus; however, a willingness to dive in and really learn our products is, ideally, preferred. Responsibilities:Work in close collaboration with our sales team to identify necessary marketing collateral to support lead generation and sales growthDevelop digital and print collateral/content to support sales, web and social (datasheets, capabilities brochures, blogs)Update, maintain, and optimize the NAG Marine website which has been recently migrated from a Drupal to a WordPress siteUtilize web analytics to measure resultsDrive online marketing and an ever increasing relevance across our social media channelsDevelop content, promote, and execute a key role in coordinating our participation as an exhibitor in various trade shows and industry eventsCapture & report results and key metrics of marketing efforts to the management team to influence decision makingExperience and Education:BA/BS in Marketing3+ Years' experience in a direct marketing environmentA proficiency with updating and maintaining an existing WordPress websiteGraphic Design capabilities and experiencePast Experience marketing computer/electronic products in an industrial/military marketplaceStrong written communication and copywriting skillsBenefitsMedical/Dental/Vision InsuranceLife Insurance401(k) with employer match (up to 6% contribution)Company Bonus planSalary is dependent on individual experience and relevant skill set.
