Our team is dedicated to redefining the standards of service in the logistics industry and delivering innovative solutions that drive business forward.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in San Diego, CA at Agramont Worldwide Logistics Inc. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.Responsibilities: Set the overall annual marketing strategy to align with overall company objectives set by the President and Founders including website, all social channels, newsletter, strategic partnerships, influencer marketing, and trade events Increase our social media presence across our brandsLeads and manages Marketing team, which includes responsibility for hiring and coaching to our valuesDevelop and execute multi-channel acquisition marketing strategies to build a foundation for long-term growth by decreasing the cost to acquire new customers and increasing customer lifetime valueIdentify and prioritize new audience and channel expansion, leaning on both paid and organic opportunities.Work with the Senior Management and key team members to refine our understanding of core customer segments, brand/product positioning, and messaging.Build business cases and advocate for new strategic initiatives to support business growth and customer outreachUtilize data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our performance channelsOversee campaign management and reporting, including in-depth analytics of LTV, CPA, ROI, and incrementallyDevelop and oversee the effective planning and execution of content across the websites and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of all web content publishingManage the user experience of the websites including site navigation, content development, and promotional campaignsPartner with senior management and key team members to ensure all relevant organizational goals and implications are factored into marketing campaigns and relevant business expansionsQualificationsDigital Marketing, Content Marketing, and Campaign Management skillsExperience in data analysis and marketing strategy developmentPrevious experience in lead generation and search engine optimizationOversee campaign management and reporting, including in-depth analytics of LTV, CPA, ROI, and incrementallyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProject management and cross-functional collaboration experienceProficiency in marketing analytics toolsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fieldPrevious experience in the logistics industry is a plusSet the overall annual marketing strategy to align with overall company objectives set by the President and Founders including website, all social channels, newsletter, strategic partnerships, influencer marketing, and trade eventsLeads and manages Marketing team, which includes responsibility for hiring and coaching to our valuesIncrease our social media presence across our brands
