Your Job:The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing organizational and operational support to the sales team ensuring efficient communication between departments and maintaining smooth workflows. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing the sales support budget, coordinating sales events and seasonal sales meetings, and serving as the primary liaison with our independent sales reps. This person will work closely with our sales, retail marketing, and customer service teams.Responsibilities: Coordinate sales rep requests with the Design Team, Brand Team, and Sales Team, managing a centralized request email system.Manage end-to-end process of expos and running events:Register and coordinate product orders, shipping and logistics of event materials for trade shows & exposCoordinate lodging Manage end-to-end coordination of Sales Meetings:Build out timeline, agenda and scheduleCoordinate deck with Marketing teamConsolidate all sales materials in Coordinate sales team communications:Monthly Rep NewsletterBi-monthly Golf Rep NewsletterRetail customer booking program emails + remindersCoordinate seasonal and limited edition booking programs and end of season salesHelp prepare key account presentationsManage and replenish inventory for Feetures merchandising tools.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is preferredExperience in a sales support or project management roleStrong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skillsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships amongst internal teamsAbility to communicate effectively and efficiently and to quickly connect the dots and proactively address issuesBenefits: Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance Life & Disability insurance401(K) with company matchCompany Paid holidays and PTO:Feetures offers 20 PTO days which are available to you on day one of employment and are available to all employees, no matter your role.
