TXG partners with the world's most beloved brands, expanding across all categories - including Samsung, Virgin, Pabst Brewing, Wimbledon and L'Oreal.Role Overview: The Executive Producer is a senior member of the production team, responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects on time and on budget while ensuring client satisfaction. The Executive Producer will also play a key role in mentoring and developing the production team. Previous management experience and a strong desire to mentor and lead is essential. This role reports to the Managing Director. Capabilities and Requirements: Extensive experience in experiential production (minimum 8 years).Prior agency experience in a senior-level production management role.Expertise in production, logistics, vendors, budgeting, and profitability.Ability to manage and supervise multiple complex projects simultaneously.Strong project management, organizational, delegation, and prioritization skills.Excellent account and client management skills.Proven ability to remain calm under pressure and respond to real-time priorities and tight deadlines.Strong conflict resolution skills.Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external creative and/or design resources.Prior experience participating in new business pitches and developing associated deliverables and budgets.Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and team development skills.Affinity to work collaboratively and manage relationships across the agency.Ability to bring positive energy and nurture the production culture of the agency.Strong prioritization, organization and project management skillsA network of freelance talent and experience with recruitment.Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, and Sheets).Ability to travel as required by work.Passion for staying current with experiential marketing trends and best practices.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget.Adhere to established processes during all phases of a project from kick-off to pre-pro, production, execution, wrap and closeServe as the main point of contact for assigned projects, key accounts, and client relationships.Develop initial project documents, including preliminary timelines, budgets, and kick-off checklists.Lead the intake and kick-off of projects that proceed directly into production.Maintain regular individual weekly meetings with team members to foster development and ensure project progress.Manage project teams that may include Producers, Associate Producers, interns, specialists, or freelancers.Coordinate and attend internal and external project kick-off meetings and client calls/meetings as needed.Assess project resource requirements and assign teams to all incoming projects, ensuring optimal use of internal and external resources.Collaborate with the Managing Director and Director of Client Services to develop proposal budgets and ensure production feasibility for new business requests.Attend new business pitches and capabilities presentations.Create and participate in new business deliverables, including budgets, decks, research, and general production vetting.Develop and maintain key client relationships in conjunction with the Director of Client Services, always listening for future opportunities.Participate in brainstorming sessions as projects require.Oversee project budgets, working closely with the Operations team to ensure revenue and profitability goals are met.Review vendor contracts, flagging legal and/or operations as needed.Ensure project wrap decks are delivered to clients and that projects are closed out and reconciled in real-time.Work within the agency's project management system as outlined.Bring positive energy and nurture the TXG culture throughout production and other departments.Salary Range: $140-$175KThe Experiential Group, LLC provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation and training.
