With existing partnerships such as Blue Cross, Blue Shield, andMedicare reimbursement, your role will focus on expanding our network by securingadditional insurer plans and fostering strategic partnerships to drive growth.This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of healthcare technology while leading atalented and diverse team.Key Responsibilities include:Drive Market Access: Lead initiatives for insurer and payor enrollment,negotiating with commercial plans to broaden market presence.Business Development & Partnerships: Identify and pursue new businessopportunities, building strategic alliances to drive growth and innovation.Manage U.S. Lab Operations: Oversee all aspects of lab operations, ensuringefficiency, compliance, and quality.Business Strategy & Management: Develop and implement growth strategies,collaborating closely with the CEO and COO to achieve operational and strategicgoals.Lead Compliance Efforts: Ensure adherence to regulatory and industrystandards, positioning the company for sustainable growth in a regulatedenvironment.Privacy Governance: Uphold high standards of data security and privacy(notlimited to patients), ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.Oversee IT & Service Delivery: Manage IT infrastructure and customer support,delivering seamless service across all platforms.
