Must Haves:Bachelors degree5+ of Store Director, District Manager, or Senior General Manager- preferably from a large retail store, restaurant industry, or hospitality industryExamples are CVS and TARGET (they love target!!) and Walgreens, and Macys, and Ross, etc. Candidate within 30 mile radius of store locationStrong leader backgroundPerformance Management Experience (preferably weekly performance reviews with team)One of Insight Global's clients is seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer facing Service team. Responsibilities include hiring and performance management; managing the overall performance of a team; providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment; successful resolution of customer related issues; training a team on effective sales techniques; performing goodwill of customers at the customer site while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals; managing a budget and dealing with operational issues that affect service. Hands-on support of direct reports includes accompanying our service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary, to assist in the pick-up and delivery of products or services; driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations; lifting, carrying and walking products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world-class service and goodwill to customers; performing managerial dutiesnge:Pay Range: 90,000- 110000
