Solutions Engineer - On-site/Remote/Hybrid

Job descriptionSpacemaker Systems is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to join our team. This role requires technical skills with exceptional material handling and automated solutions knowledge. Key responsibilitiesWorking with clients to understand their business goals and technical requirements.Developing solutions that meet the client's needs.Working with sales team to create product demos, proof of concept, and addressing customer concerns.Product expert and advocate for sales and clients.Required & preferred qualificationsBachelor's degree in an engineering discipline is required.Experience in supply chain/logistics and or automated material handling industry preferred.Understanding of different storage systems with focus on pallet shuttleAble to work with CAD systems such as AutoCAD.Understanding of structural analysis and design to meet customer specifications and a variety of codes.Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain focus.Strong sense of time organization and urgency.Ability to work independently and within a team.Compensation and benefitsCompetitive salary based on experience and qualificationsHealth Insurance with 70% employer contributionDental & Vision with 70% employer contributionEmployer paid short- and long-term disabilityRetirement Plans20 days PTO + 8 Public HolidaysCompany overviewSpacemaker Systems is a leading manufacturer of semi- and fully automated shuttle systems for the material handling industry.
