Land Analyst - Oil & Gas

We are partnering with a growing oil & gas company headquartered in Austin in their search for a Land Analyst to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a growing private company who just closed their 2nd fund and have started raising capital in their 3rd fund.This is a new position which will be responsible for the following duties:Process all well-related proposals while monitoring election deadlinesReview and process incoming Division OrdersCalculate Working Interest and Net Revenue Interest ownershipCollaborate with accounting to reconcile billed/paid Working Interest/Net Revenue Interest discrepanciesEnter detailed oil and gas lease, well, and other contract data into the databasePrepare Land related documents for management executionAssemble and maintain lease files, well files, and acquisition filesReview owned lease obligations for production status and expiry riskFile instruments in County recordsAbility to multitask and adapt to changes/increases in job responsibilitiesExperience needed2+ years experience as a DO or Lease Analyst, 3+ years experience preferredBachelor's degree preferred, but not requiredExperience working on non-operated assetsCompensationBase salary range - $70K - $90KBonus target - 10%-15%401(K) match - 6%OfficeThis is an in-office positionIf you are interested and qualified, please send your resume to ahildebrand@ for immediate consideration.
