The establishment of ITF Therapeutics also reflects Italfarmaco's goal to build a world-class team of experts that share a passion to make a positive impact for rare disease communities.The RoleITF is seeking an experienced and dynamicSenior HR Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for helping to scale company infrastructure, managing and administering essential HR operations including employee onboarding, benefits, compensation, performance management and total rewards programs. The ideal candidate will be a strong HR generalist with a passion for developing and implementing administrative infrastructure that supports employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.Primary Responsibilities: Support the Head of HR in developing and implementing organizational objectives to build the company's HR foundation and infrastructure. Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources.Assume a leadership role in the ongoing optimization of HR operations processes to improve accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness.Assist with the implementation and scaling of Total Rewards programs to include compensation, rewards, and employee recognition. Develop messaging to internal stakeholders and ensure employee participation.Help scale and lead training/implementation of employee feedback, performance management, and professional development programs.Help design and implement employee engagement program and derive actionable insights.Lead the development and implementation of training and compliance initiatives.Serve as the primary liaison from the human resources department to the wider company regarding questions on new policies and playing a leading role in their rollout, implementation, and employee engagement.Help Implement an online learning management system (LMS) to centralize training initiatives.Host monthly team/culture development activities to include town halls, employee focus sessions, hew hire welcoming events, etc.Support the company's talent acquisition goals and work closely in tandem with RPO contractors to support hiring needs.Monitor HR metrics.Support and streamline employee life cycle processes such as new hire onboarding, employee status changes, separation processes and/or system needs. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in a human resources generalist position for a fast-paced, dynamic and high-growth environment. Experience in pharmaceuticals or the life sciences preferred.Strong business acumen and working knowledge of basic human resources concepts in new hire onboarding, benefits administration, reporting, and familiarity with compensation programs and data.Demonstrated experience overseeing and administrating benefits, compensation, and total rewards programs.Familiarity and experience with HRIS systems.Strong relationship-building and communication skills, including excellent verbal and written skills.A self-starter able to work independently as well as collaborate with employees at all levels in different teams is essential.Commercialization/Launch experience is preferred.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.Experience working in multi-state organizations.Ability to manage multiple, high priority tasks and successfully adjust to shifting priorities.Excellent project management and follow-up skills with an eye for detail.
