This role demands exceptional leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and the capacity to maintain consistent service excellence across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency while ensuring each location maintains The Aethos high standard of patient care and service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesMulti-Location Management:Coordinate operations between two locations, ensuring consistent service quality and brand standardsDevelop and implement standardized processes across both facilitiesTravel between locations to maintain physical presence and oversightCreate and manage coverage schedules to ensure appropriate staffing at both sitesTeam Leadership:Build, mentor, and lead teams across both locations, fostering a unified company cultureImplement cross-training programs to ensure staff flexibility between locationsConduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations at both sitesDevelop location-specific and company-wide training initiativesManage a combined team of administrative staff, aestheticians, nurses, and support personnelOperational Excellence:Optimize scheduling and resource allocation across both locationsEstablish efficient inventory management systems that work across multiple sitesCoordinate equipment maintenance and upgrades for both facilitiesImplement standardized operating procedures while accounting for location-specific needsManage vendor relationships and contracts for both locationsPatient Experience & Revenue Growth:Uphold the highest standards of patient care, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences from appointment booking to post-treatment follow-up.Ensure consistent patient experience standards across both locationsDevelop and implement patient retention strategiesMonitor and analyze patient feedback from both locations to identify improvement opportunitiesCreate and execute marketing initiatives specific to each location's demographicIdentify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities between locationsAddress patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and professionalism.Collaborate with medical and aesthetic professionals to maintain a patient-centric approach to services.Compliance and Quality Assurance:Ensure consistent compliance with medical and safety regulations across both facilitiesMaintain updated documentation and licensing requirements for each locationCoordinate with medical directors to ensure adherence to clinical protocolsImplement and monitor quality control measures at both sitesJoin us at Aethos and be part of a transformative journey!Along with your application, please submit a short introduction video to lucy@ explaining why you would be a good fit for the position.Learn more about our founder and Medical Director, David P.
