We are seeking highly-talented self-starters who want to contribute to a culture of action and execution.Position: Human Resources Generalist - InvestigationsFull-Time PositionReports to Manager of Human ResourcesRequisite Experience: 5 years of HR Generalist experience, with at least 2 years of investigation, complaint resolution, and employee relations experienceResponsibility:This role involves handling employee grievances, conducting internal investigations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements in conjunction with the Company's Chief Legal Officer and its Human Resources Manager.Employee Complaints: Receive and address employee complaints, ensuring confidentiality and impartiality throughout the processConducting Investigations: Conduct thorough and objective investigations into complaints, including gathering evidence, interviewing relevant parties, and documenting findingsCompliance: Ensure investigations are conducted in accordance with Company policies, employment laws, and regulationsMediation and Conflict Resolution: Facilitate discussions and mediate conflicts between employees, aiming to find mutually agreeable resolutionsDocumentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of investigations, including interviews, evidence, and outcomesReporting: Prepare reports on investigation findings, including recommendations for corrective actions or policy changesLegal Compliance: Stay updated with employment laws and regulations related to investigations and complaints, ensuring adherence to legal requirementsTraining and Education: Provide training to employees and managers on complaint procedures, conflict resolution, and promoting a respectful work environmentCollaboration: Work closely with the legal department to ensure investigations are handled appropriately and in line with organizational policiesContinuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in complaint-handling processes and implement measures to enhance efficiency and effectivenessQualifications: Bachelor's DegreeHR Certifications Preferred5 years of experience, at least 2 years of experience conducting investigationsHigh attention to detailExceptional organizational, planning, and time-management skillsSense of urgency and the ability to adapt to changing situationsAbility to travel to conduct onsite investigations or training when necessaryAbility to work a flexible scheduleExcellent communication skills in both one-on-one and group settingsBilingual (Spanish) preferred but not requiredLocationClearwater, FL (On-site and must live in the Greater Clearwater, Tampa, or St. Petersburg areas)Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 plus Potential Annual Bonus up to 20% of SalaryHealth/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance
