Change the trajectory of your career by becoming a Regional Operations Manager at RPM AVS and help us shape the future of audiovisual solutions.Role and Responsibilities Meet with customers regularly, ensure customer satisfaction and build rapport with local client contacts fostering a true partnershipCreate, implement, and execute strategies for growthResponsible for the management of crews including hiring, firing, scheduling, and day-to-day directionOversee the local region's working schedule and coordinate with PM's and other GM's weeklyEnsure RPM processes and standards are always adhered to and see that required tasks are completed on time (such as Daily Reports, QC Reports, Photos, etc.)Provide oversight and quality controlWorks as part of RPM's leadership team to set and establish goals and KPI'sImprove local internal process for profitability, efficiency, and productivityOversee and manage facilities, storage, tools, and vehicles, etc.Drive training goals for all local employeesUphold and maintain RPM's core valuesRequired Qualifications: 10+ years of commercial A/V experienceExperience managing field resourcesCompetency and experience interpreting A/V Drawing sets and bid documentsBroad understanding of typical A/V components and how they are installedProficient in computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e., Microsoft Office suite)Excellent time management skillsFriendly, flexible, and approachable communicatorDesired Qualifications: AVIXA CTS & CTS-I, CTS-DCertifications in Creston, Extron, QSC, AMX, Biamp, Chief, etc.OSHA 30 certificationBackground CheckStandardEducationDMVPer RPM AVS' background check policy, all final candidates will be required to consent to a criminal background investigation.
