FP&A Analyst

Currently partnered with a rapidly growing VC-backed Fashion Company looking for a an experienced FP&A Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the beauty manufacturing space with experience with FP&A and budgeting.Location: Secaucus, NJHYBRIDResponsibilities:Analyze sales data by product, brand, and region to produce insightful reports for management.Summarize sales figures and collaborate with management to identify trends.Maintain records of spending and costs by category and customer sales.Prepare sales data to present to upper management & boardCreate budgets to align with quarterly and yearly financial goalsRequirements:Bachelor's in finance, accounting, or related field4+ years of experience as a financial analystExperience with creating budgets, financial planning, and identifying trendsMust have a strong analytical, presenting, and communications backgroundExperience in at a beauty manufacturer is highly preferredProficiency in Excel is essential
