Survey Project Manager

Job Title: Survey Project ManagerLocation: California office (Tustin, Los Angeles, Ontario)Responsibilities:Grow the construction surveying group in California.Manage and deliver high-quality survey projects on time and on budget.Utilize cutting-edge technology for project delivery.Develop and maintain client relationships.Serve as principal-in-charge/project manager.Ensure resources are available for project completion.Provide leadership and guidance to geomatics staff.Adhere to firmwide tools, processes, and policies.Write proposals and manage project budgets and schedules.Oversee quality control.Coordinate with other disciplines and clients.Engage in recruiting and retention efforts.Mentor and coach field and office staff.Qualifications:BS in Surveying or related field or equivalent experience.PLS License in California.10+ years of survey project delivery experience.Proven track record with Caltrans on construction projects.Experience with California Surveying labor unions is a plus.Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance.Health Savings and Lifestyle Spending Account with employer contribution.Support for continuing education and training.Paid Time Off (PTO)/Holiday Pay.401k and Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP).Flexible 9/80 work schedule.Holistic Wellbeing Program.Growth opportunities with support and mentoring.Salary range: $130,000 - $170,000 based on experience and location.
