The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. QualificationsRecruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skillsTraining and Development program managementKnowledge of HR policies, regulations, and complianceExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work effectively with remote employeesExperience in the healthcare industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldPrevious experience as a Human Resources Manager is also preferred
