Including co-investments, the firm oversees ~$2.7B AUM.ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTQHP is seeking an administrative assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the senior members of the Investment and Value Creation teams in coordinating and managing their travel schedules, expenses, and other ad hoc projects. As part of the admin team, you will also be responsible for the efficient operation of the office, which includes planning team events, inventory stocking, and interacting with office vendors. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a good communicator with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESSecure flights, hotels, and other travel arrangementsCoordinate expense reimbursementsAssist the senior members of the Investment and Value Creation teams with any necessary meeting preparations, including calendar managementAssist with logistics for office events, including on-site meetings with portfolio company management teams, prospect companies, current and potential new investors, and other third-party providersServe as backup support for vendor management, facilities management, pickup, delivery, and processing of incoming and outgoing mail, reception, and hospitalityAssist with maintaining inventory supplies by checking stock levels, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for suppliesPrint, copy, and bind materials as necessaryOther ad-hoc administrative tasksQUALIFICATIONSTwo years of administrative assistant experienceBachelor's degree preferred but not requiredExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience with SAP Concur or similar systems a plusOutstanding attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skillsTeam-player mentality and positive attitudeCOMPENSATIONSalary will be commensurate with experienceBenefits include health insurance (medical, HSA), dental insurance, 401k, wellness benefit, and unlimited PTO
