The ideal candidate is an established attorney capable of working independently in a fast paced legal environment with the ability to efficiently multitask. Thecandidate must have experience working with the Probate & Family Court personnel and forms used to assist in drafting pleadings and performing discovery.QualificationsThe ideal candidate is an established attorney capable of working independently in a fast paced legal environment with the ability to efficiently multitaskThe candidate must have excellent written and oral advocacy skills with experience in motion practice and the ability to handle complex cases, high conflict custody disputes, and high net worth cases from start to finish, including trialsExposure to, and procedural knowledge of, Massachusetts divorce and custody law is requiredExperience should include drafting pleadings, assisting senior attorneys with court appearances, and appearing in court independently on mattersMust be licensed in Massachusetts and in good standing
