Our client, a famous body care/ fragrance brand is seeking a Junior Sourcing Analyst to join their team on a contract basis in Ohio.Responsibilities:Gather and analyze vendor quotes for new businessTrack raw material adjustments and executing system updatesSupport invoice discrepancy resolutionAssist with development of target costs for new productsEnter Purchase OrdersValidate final cost to target costMaintain & extract data in business systemsAnalyzing cost increase requestsComplete RFQ Database reportingCreate & maintain documents supporting business related needsAssist with new vendor set-up & onboarding as well as updatesParticipate in tactical vendor relationship & discussionsDevelop understanding of vendors, vendor capabilities & cross functional teamTrack vendor performance and scorecard results, execute follow-up actions as a result when requiredRequirements/ Qualifications:Must have 1-2+ years experienceMust have prior experience with sourcing / vendor cost negotiationExcelBachelor's Degree in related areaOrganized and attentive to detailAble to manage multiple tasks at oncePlease submit your resume for consideration.You can use to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
