Combining best-in-class tech with award-winning creative design, we revolutionize e-commerce for hotels, resorts and destinations.Championing professional growth, prioritizing wellness and nurturing a healthy work-life balance is our formula for a unique company culture.A few of our perks include 100% company-paid medical insurance, generous paid time off & holidays,6 WFH days a monthmaternity/paternity leave - and more!Find us @TamboGram to learn more.What you will be doing:Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, issue and risk logs, status reports, and lessons learned.Assist assigned Project Manager with processing all client feedback requests during the onboarding process.Update website content within the Content Management System, including text and image changes, creation of new landing pages, menu updates, special offer additions, and review of pop-ups/pop-ins.Set up projects and organize client assets for both internal and external use.Conduct quality assurance checks on client website functionality for all projects, both pre- and post-launch.Collaborate with clients to collect necessary image and branding assets during the onboarding process.Coordinate and facilitate meeting logistics.Work with internal teams to enhance processes and products related to the onboarding process.Perform additional duties as assigned or requested.
