Data Analytics Consultant

Job Description:Amplytics is seeking a Data Analytics Consultant to drive complex data analysis projects for our clients. In this role, you will manage complex data analysis projects while serving as a bridge between junior analysts and senior stakeholders. This role requires both technical excellence and strong business acumen to deliver impactful insights that drive client success.Key Responsibilities:Technical LeadershipDesign and execute complex data analysis solutions aligned with business objectivesDevelop automated routines for data processing and reportingCreate and optimize SQL queries for efficient data extractionImplement statistical analysis methodologies for trend identificationEstablish technical standards and best practices for the teamData Quality & GovernanceManage complex data extracts and ensure data accuracy throughout analysisDesign and implement data cleansing and validation processesCreate automated quality control measures and monitoring systemsRecommend and implement database enhancementsDevelop documentation for data processes and methodologiesAnalysis & InsightsConduct advanced statistical analyses to uncover meaningful patternsCreate comprehensive reports highlighting key trends and opportunitiesDevelop predictive models and forecasting toolsGenerate ad-hoc analyses and custom reports as neededBuild and maintain automated reporting dashboardsProject ManagementLead end-to-end analytics projects with minimal supervisionDevelop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plansCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliveryMonitor project scope and manage stakeholder expectationsDocument project progress and maintain clear communication channelsStakeholder CommunicationPresent findings and recommendations to diverse audiencesTranslate complex technical concepts into business-friendly languageCreate compelling data visualizations and presentationsBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsProvide regular project status updates to key stakeholdersRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field3-5 years of experience in data analyticsStrong SQL query writing skillsAdvanced skill in Microsoft Excel/Access (complex formulas, graphing, VBA)Experience with statistical analysis toolsProject management or consulting experienceAmplytics is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
