Help Desk SupportLocationPeoria, ILPosition Type: 7 months contractOnsiteMon- Friday 8AM-5PMThe End- User Support Specialist will provide comprehensive technical support to end- users across the organization, includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring and maintaining desktop systems and ensuring the security and performance of the end-user computer environmentEnd user Support:Troubleshooting hardware and softwareEnsuring the security and performance of the end user computer environment Provide Level 1 and 2 support for desktop systems, software application and peripheralsDiagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues for end usersDesktop Management:Install, confiture, and maintain desktop hardware and software, including operating systems and applications Deploy and manage devices using enterprise tools such as SCCM, Intune, or similar platformsImage, configure, and deploy computers and other devices for new users or upgrades Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades on desktop systems Documentation and Training:Maintain detailed documentation of configuration, change and support requestSkills and certificates:Must have certification such as CompTIA A+Microsoft modern Desktop administratorProficient with Windows and Apple iOS operating systems Desktop Imaging and deployment tools - SCCM, Intune or SimilarBasic understanding of n networking concepts (e.g, TCP/IP, DNS DHCP)
