ForgeRock Lead

Infosys is seeking for a ForgeRock Lead. This position is responsible for playing the technical role in the setup, support, enhancements, and application integration/migration of the ForgeRock IAM (6.5, 7.5) system in client environments and assisting in keeping the platform stable, highly available, and meeting compliance requirements. IDAM Lead will require a strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) including Provisioning, RBAC, Single Sign On (SSO), Authentication, Authorization, SAML, OpenID, OAUTH, and Connectors. The Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) are skilled technical and consultative resources expected to be strong in both technical and soft skills. A Subject Matter Expert (SME) must be a proven self-starter with the ability to problem-solve, communicate, participate in diverse project teams from a technical perspective, and interface effectively with customers, vendor partners, and colleagues.Major Duties and Responsibilities:? Strong in Access management tools like OpenAM for configuring the infrastructure and enabling the SSOfeature including OAuth, SAML2.0, WSTrust, SAML_Bearer, Adapters, Scope Management, Authenticationpolicies, OpenID.? Highly experienced in Installation, configuration, and implementation of ForgeRock OpenDJ 6.5/7.5,ForgeRock OpenAM 6.5/7.5 and ForgeRock OpenIDM 6.5/7.5 in AWS Workspace with Linux OS.? Designing directory structure (OpenDJ includes UserStore, CTS, and Replication) for B2B, B2E & B2C tomanage multi-tenants as per client perspective in VPC.? Writing shell scripts to automate the installation process of ForgeRock OpenDJ setup i.e., DirectoryServers including User-Store, CTS, and Config Store.? Automate the process of ForgeRock OpenAM 6.5/7.5 installation using shell scripting in the AWSworkspace.? Strong in customizing the REST API endpoints based on client requirements in JavaScript and Groovy.? Designed POC for capturing the existing device print in ForgeRock IDM in valid JSON format.? Published run book for ForgeRock OpenDJ 6.5/7.5 and ForgeRock OpenAM 6.5/7.5 from scratch tocomplete build.? Ongoing Support and maintenance of ForgeRock IAM system - IDM, AM, DS, IG? Perform validation activities including functional, integration, and performance testing to ensure a high[1]quality deliverable.? Follow ITL process - incident management, problem management, release management, and request management.? Resolution of production critical incidents & Product Vendor liaisoning? Ability to lead and guide team on technical issues? Co-ordination with different teams -Network, Firewall for any issues? Onsite-Offshore co-ordinations? Health Check reports and monitoring?
