If you're motivated, organized, and ready to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!This role is based in the East Bay - Pleasanton, CAWhat You'll Be Doing:Partner with division and regional leadership to understand business needs and support workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement strategies.Use data to drive decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.Develop and implement initiatives that support business objectives, employee growth, and core values.Ensure compliance with legal requirements and provide guidance on P&C policies and procedures.Facilitate leadership training, including interviewing, hiring, terminations, and more.Manage personnel transactions, such as hires, promotions, and compensation adjustments.Drive employee engagement programs and support performance recognition initiatives.What We Like About You:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, or a related field.3+ years of human resources administration experience, with at least 1 year in a business partner role.Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills.Proven ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.Knowledge of HRIS systems and labor laws.Excellent consultative, people, and coaching skills.Ability to travel occasionally as needed.What We Offer:Competitive salary based on qualifications.Generous Paid time off and holidays.401(k) matching.Medical, dental, and vision benefits.Professional development opportunities and tuition reimbursement.$90k - $105k + Bonus + Great Benefits!You can use WorkGrades to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose by visiting /home/candidate.
