As an Agile Project Manager, you will drive the end-to-end execution of mission-critical technology projects, transforming strategic concepts into scalable solutions that advance clean energy adoption. Your expertise in Agile methodologies will ensure alignment with our mission to deliver reliable, cutting-edge renewable energy systems.Core ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Coaching: Mentor and empower cross-functional teams in Agile best practices, fostering self-organization, innovation, and continuous improvement.Methodology Design: Assess project complexity and stakeholder needs to determine optimal delivery approaches (Agile, hybrid, or waterfall) for timely, high-quality outcomes.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize deliverables, and maintain alignment on project goals and timelines.Governance & Reporting: Implement robust project tracking mechanisms, including risk management, dependency coordination, and transparent progress updates.Process Optimization: Champion Agile maturity by refining workflows, facilitating retrospectives, and integrating feedback to elevate team performance.Cross-Functional Coordination: Bridge technical and business teams (development, infrastructure, cybersecurity) to resolve bottlenecks and ensure seamless execution.Key DeliverablesManage project scope, timelines, and change control processes.Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews) tailored to project needs.Maintain backlogs, user stories, and documentation using tools like JIRA/Confluence.Deliver concise performance metrics and executive-level updates.QualificationsTechnical Expertise:Proficiency in SDLC, backlog refinement, and Agile metrics (velocity, burndown).Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and IT infrastructure (networks, databases).Industry Knowledge:Understanding of regional energy market data and operations (e.g., ERCOT, PJM, CAISO).Experience in renewable energy, storage, or wholesale power markets is a plus.Soft Skills:Exceptional communication and conflict-resolution abilities.Strong analytical thinking and multitasking in fast-paced environments.Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).7+ years leading IT projects with a blend of Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and traditional methodologies.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools.
