Senior Production Pattern Maker

About The OpportunityWe are looking for a Senior Production Pattern Maker to join the Danielle Frankel team. This role will report to the VP of Production and will be based out of the NYC HQ offices.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesCreate accurate and proportional grading across all pattern pieces for key blocksKnowledge and understanding of fabric characteristics, relationship to drape, balance and fit of silhouettes.Generate detailed technical specifications, including measurements, construction details, to guide production.Communicate fit corrections with pattern guidance for domestic factoriesPartner with the Danielle Frankel Design team and in-house atelier to share expertise and drive a consistent fit standardAttend all Production fittingsInterpersonal SkillsExceptional attention to details and organizational skillsAble to build good working relationships with all teams, collaborates toward deadlines and deliverables.Ability to maintain strong relationships with vendors, providing clear communication
